individualIndividual counseling is a meeting between the counselor and an individual student. Sessions are kept confidential except when a student discloses that they are being hurt, are hurting someone else or want to hurt themselves..

small groupStudents may be asked to join a counseling group. These students would have common interest or concerns. They would meet every week for several weeks depending on the group. The Counselor receive referrals from parents, teachers and students themselves. Examples of groups include, but are not limited to, social skills, self-esteem, making friends, grief and divorce.

Classroom lessonsThese are classroom lessons to teach, practice and engage students with new skills in the areas of academic, career and personal social growth. These lessons usually occur when a teacher has a specific needs for their students/classroom/grade-level.
